About Teri
Born and raised in the heart of Potter County, PA, my journey has taken me from the rolling hills of northern Pennsylvania to vibrant places like Colorado, Virginia, and even Surmana, Greece—a suburb of Athens. But no matter where life has taken me, my heart has always belonged to the mountains, streams, and scenic backroads of “God’s Country.”
Before becoming a Realtor in 2014, I had the privilege of building a career as a small business owner, operating two successful antique stores and running a charming Victorian Bed & Breakfast. I’ve also served my community through leadership roles, including two terms as President of both the Galeton Borough Council and the Galeton Area Chamber of Commerce. My passion for the area extended into tourism and development, with roles as a Director of the Potter County Visitors Association, member of the Potter County Development Corporation, and the Galeton Rotary Club.
I also spent time with Penn State University, overseeing after-school programs across Potter County school districts. I loved writing curriculum and teaching children directly, helping foster creativity and learning.
When it comes to real estate, I thrive on helping others fall in love with the beautiful Potter and Tioga Counties, just as I have. Whether you're looking for a vacation getaway or a permanent home, it’s a joy to guide my clients through the process of finding the perfect place here.
Along the way, my husband Howie—also known as “sign guy” and my greatest supporter—has been by my side. With 28 years at Patterson Lumber Company, Howie’s expertise in the timber industry has often come in handy. Together, we are blessed with five daughters and a growing number of grandchildren, from young adults in their 20s to the newest members of the family—adorable 1-year-old twins.
I hold an Associate’s Degree in Theology and am certified in both Marketing and Interior Design, bringing a creative eye and strategic mindset to every transaction. Outside of real estate, I enjoy painting, decorating, reading, gaming, riding ATVs, and most of all, spending time with family.
