About Charity
My name is Charity Sampsell, and I am a real estate salesperson proudly serving the Susquehanna Valley, including Snyder, Union, Montour, Northumberland, and Columbia counties. Licensed in 2025, I am excited to help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals in the region I have called home my entire life.
As a lifelong resident, I have a deep appreciation for the local communities and the people who make them special. I am passionate about helping others find a place to call home and guiding them through one of life's most important decisions.
Outside of real estate, I am the proud mother of two amazing sons and enjoy spending time with family, making memories at the beach, and staying connected to the community through my work at a local college-town restaurant.
